Sales and Return Policy
All books offered are described as accurately as possible and are subject to purchaser’s approval. Items are new unless described as Used.
Any book may be returned if found to be unsatisfactory. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt.
Credit will be given for the purchase price of the book and any applicable tax.
Credit will not be given for shipping charges.
Payment Information
We currently accept VISA and MasterCard only for online orders.
We have a secure site, but understand that some may not be comfortable submitting credit card information online.
If you prefer, you may order by telephone at (508) 446-7770. Telephone orders will be held for up to 10 days,
books will be shipped once payment has been received and the funds have been verified.
We will also accept payment by check in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, or an International Money Order in U.S. funds
drawn on a U.S. bank. Please make checks payable to GolfRead.com and mail to 14 Flintlocke Rd., Franklin, MA 02038.
Order Processing
All orders submitted through GolfRead.com will normally be processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of order.
If an item is not in stock we will inform you via e-mail, and provide the expected ship date if the item is in print.
Order Status
Order status can always be checked online, by logging in and selecting "View My Orders".
The following are the order status descriptions:
Pending - Order was received.
Processing - Availability being confirmed, any discounts applied, processing payment.
Shipped - Books have been shipped.
Cancelled - Order was cancelled by customer.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for an additional $2.50 per gift wrapped. Your book(s) will be neatly wrapped in green wrapping paper.
Please include your request for gift wrapping in the comments section when ordering.
Product Availability
GolfRead.com updates its product availability after each order is received and processed.
On rare occasions, items are out of stock before the website is updated.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 5% will be charged on all sales to Massachusetts state residents.
